Hemel Garden Communities Healthy Lifestyles Survey
Posted 06/10/2023
Hemel Garden Communities (HGC) are carrying out a Healthy Lifestyles Survey in partnership with the Sunnyside Rural Trust and Community Action Dacorum, to find out what residents feel they need in their communities to live more healthily.
The feedback we receive will input into the HGC Health and Wellbeing and Green Infrastructure Strategies, as we plan for the growth and transformation of Hemel Hempstead through to 2050.
Everyone who fills in the survey will have the option to be entered into a prize draw, with the chance to win a Sunnyside hamper and £50 shopping voucher*. The survey is open until Monday 30th October 2023.
